(A) It shall be unlawful for the owner of any hog, goat, sheep, cow, mule, ox, horse or other animal to allow the same to wander, roam or run at-large on the streets of the town.

(B) The Animal Warden of the town shall immediately seize and impound any such hog, goat, sheep, cow, mule, ox, horse or other animal found wandering, roaming or running at-large on any street of the town and shall retain and hold any such animal so seized and impounded until the owner shall have been discharged for the violation of this section.
