§ 51.44 WATER TO BE METERED; SERVICE AND TAP FEES.
   (A)   All water service shall be metered and computed for billing purposes on the amount of water used, both inside and outside the corporate limits.

   (B)   Each new customer is subject to the non-refundable administrative fees as in § 51.42(G).
   (C)   For each new water connection, the person or firm applying for water service shall pay as a tap-in or cut-in fee, as follows:

   (D)   (1)   No wells shall be allowed within the corporate limits of the town for drinking water.
      (2)   No wells shall be constructed deeper than 250 feet within the corporate limits of the town for irrigation.

   (E)   Customers obtaining an irrigation water connection shall be charged a tap fee as set forth in § 51.44(C) and charged monthly on the amount of water used, both inside and outside the corporate limits, as set forth in § 51.45. Irrigation wells are allowed in the town limits.
