(A) The charges provided for in § 50.35 shall be billed to each customer monthly as an additional charge on the water bill of that customer and shall be due and payable in the same manner and on the same dates as water bills are due and payable.

(B) The garbage fee established in § 50.35 hereof shall be assessed as a garbage collection fee to be added to the monthly water bill of each user of water within the corporate limits and collected therewith. The fee shall be collected from any residence, not connected to the water system.
