§ 50.20 TREE LIMBS, BUILDING MATERIALS, DEAD ANIMALS.
   (A)   All trash, such as limbs, branches, underbrush and all other yard waste shall be placed at, not in the street for collection so as not to block the street or sidewalk. This excludes stump service and tree removal service. Limbs and branches shall be trimmed to the stem and shall not exceed five inches in diameter or five feet in length. All grass clippings and leaves shall be bagged or properly contained not to exceed 50 pounds per container or bag. Residents shall not mix yard trash with garbage in the same container.

   (B)   Every person, firm or corporation including a property owner, after completing or during the construction or alteration of a building, shall remove all trash incident to such construction or alteration.
