Upon submission of a completed application, insurance information and verification of the information required to be submitted pursuant to this chapter, the Administrator shall issue an applicant’s license upon the payment of a fee in an amount to be determined from time to time as necessary by the City Council to defray the cost of issuing the license. This fee is separate and apart from the fee to be paid as a privilege license tax, if any, as set forth in § 110.03.
