(A) There is levied and shall be collected annually, or oftener where provided for, a privilege license tax on all businesses conducted or engaged in within the city limits, as set out in this chapter.
(B) Privilege license fees are determined periodically by the city through adoption of a privilege license fee schedule in accordance with the state revenue laws and are stated in the privilege license fee schedule.
