An applicant or licensee shall permit representatives of the town, health department, and/or Department of Health and Human Services to inspect the records required by §§ 114.02 and 114.25, and the premises of any body piercing business for the purpose of insuring compliance with the law, at any time it is occupied, or open for business. Failure or refusal by any person to permit a lawful inspection of the premises during anytime it is occupied, or open for business, shall be punishable in accordance with the town code and in addition shall be grounds for the revocation of the business license.
