§ 71.32 HELMETS AND EYE PROTECTION REQUIRED FOR PERSONS RIDING MOTORCYCLES, MOTOR BIKES, AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or ride upon a motorcycle on the public streets or alleys of the town, unless the person wears a protective helmet and an eye protective device of a type approved by the State Commissioner of Motor Vehicles. The eye protective device shall not be required when the motorcycle is equipped with a windscreen.
   (B)   As used in this section, the term MOTORCYCLE includes motorcycles, motor bikes, bicycles with motor attached and all motor operated vehicles of the bicycle or tricycle type, whether the motive power is a part thereof or attached thereto, and having a saddle or seat with the driver sitting astride or upon it, or a platform on which the driver stands, but excluding a tractor. This section shall not apply to persons riding within an enclosed cab.
