§ 71.29 CYCLIST OVERTAKING AND PASSING MOTOR VEHICLE IN SAME LANE.
   The operator of a motorcycle shall not overtake and pass in the same lane occupied by the vehicle being overtaken. This section shall not apply to motorcycles being operated 2 abreast in the same lane, or a motorcycle and a bicycle being operated 2 abreast in the same lane.
