§ 71.21 HELMET REQUIRED UNDER 18 YEARS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person under 18 years of age to operate or ride upon a motorcycle on the public streets or highways of the municipality, unless the person wears a protective helmet of a type approved by the South Dakota Department of Public Safety.
