(A) Except for the following, building setback lines in residential areas of new subdivisions shall conform to the front yard provisions of Chapter 155, except that in no case shall the building setback line be less than 25 feet from the front property line.
(B) Corner lots shall maintain not less than the minimum building setback lines on both streets.
