There is hereby established an Electrical Inspector for the regulation of the installation, alteration and use of all electrical equipment as herein provided. The Electrical Inspector and other employees so appointed shall be charged with the duty of enforcing the rules and regulations relating to the installation, alteration and use of electrical equipment, as hereinafter provided for, and shall function under the immediate supervision and control of the Health, Building and Zoning Officer.
