§ 113.05 SALE OF DELETERIOUS DRUGS PROHIBITED.

No person shall offer for sale or expose for sale to any person directly or indirectly any cigar, cigarette paper or tobacco containing: opium, morphine, jimson weed, belladonna, strychnia, marijuana, cocaine or any other deleterious or poisonous drug or drugs.
