§ 112.89 SUPERVISION BY POLICE.
   Any such hall, room or other place in the city where a public dance is conducted shall be under the supervision of the police of the city. A police officer shall be in attendance at such dances and said officer shall have the power to arrest or eject any person guilty of loud, boisterous or disorderly conduct and to regulate the style of dancing. The party or parties conducting said dance shall reimburse the city for the expense of its having such officer in attendance at such public dance.
