(A) Permits to be issued under this subchapter shall be of two kinds: An annual permit, which annual permit shall be issued for the period from May 1 to April 30 of the following year inclusive; and a daily permit, which daily permit shall include and be operative only for the day for which it is issued.
(B) The fee for such permits shall be $25 for the daily permit and $200 for the annual permit. The fees for the permit shall be paid to the City Clerk before any such permit shall be issued, and shall be good only for the place of location for which it is issued.
(C) Such permit shall not be transferable either in regard to location or in regard to the person to whom it is issued. Any permit issued hereunder shall be revocable for good cause shown. No such public dance shall be conducted on Sundays. Public dances held on week days shall be conducted no later than 12:00 midnight.
