§ 112.85 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   PUBLIC DANCE. Any dance or gathering where dancing is engaged in wholly or in part as the evening's amusement and which is open to the public generally, whether the same is free to the public or whether an admission fee is said or tickets sold for the same.
