§ 112.75 SEATS IN AISLES; LOITERING.
   No persons, other than ushers in the employ of the theater shall be allowed to remain standing, and no chairs or seats shall be permitted to remain within any of the aisles, passageways or in the lobby of the theater; no loitering shall be permitted in the lobby, outer entrance, or on the sidewalk adjacent to the entrance at the theater.
