Before a license shall issue under this subchapter, the owner or manager of the motion picture theater shall pay to the City Clerk the license fee herein provided and shall file a written application for the license in question. Such application shall describe the premises intended to be used, shall state the names and addresses of the owner of the premises and of the proprietor of the business, shall have sufficient evidence in connection with such application to establish that said theater and its equipment and method of operation do and will conform with all building, zoning, electrical, health and other applicable provisions of this code and laws of the state; and shall contain such other information as may be necessary or advisable in the form of application which shall available in the office of the Clerk.
