§ 112.70 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to operate a motion picture theater within the city unless the license herein provided for shall first be issued and shall remain in full force and effect, and unless the provisions of this chapter and of all other applicable provisions of this code be adhered to.
