§ 112.58 NO LICENSE TO BE GRANTED IF EXHIBITION DEEMED A NUISANCE.

If any such traveling exhibition, contests or theatrical entertainment shall be deemed a nuisance in the judgment of the licensing authority, no license shall be granted for the operation of same under this chapter.
