§ 112.42 EMPLOYMENT OF SPECIAL POLICE.
   It shall be the duty of every owner or lessee of every licensed theater, hall or other building to keep and preserve pod order in and about his premises, and to that end he shall hire and keep at his own expense a sufficient number of special police officers.
