For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COIN-OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICE. Any amusement device which requires the insertion of a coin for its operation and shall include all types of ball machines and music boxes or record players, commonly known as jukeboxes, which are so operated by the insertion of a coin.
