(A) It shall be unlawful for any person in the city to keep in any place of public resort any billiard or pool table or tables, or bowling alleys or shooting gallery or skating rink, with a view of gain, either directly or indirectly, or where money is charged for the use of or for playing on the same, without first having obtained a license for that purpose.
(B) The following license fees shall be charged:
Licensee Fee
Billiard or pool table $25 per annum
Each additional table 25 per annum
Bowling alley 20 per annum for each alley
Shooting gallery 50 per annum
Skating rink 100 per annum
