(A) No trees shall be planted on the terrace (strip between curb and sidewalk) within 25 feet of the intersection of street right of way lines of any corner lot. Neither shall shrubs be planted in this area if their mature height is more than three feet.
(B) No trees or shrubs shall be planted on terraces less than four and five tenths feet in width. This measurement is to be taken between the inside of the curb and the outer edge of the sidewalk.
(C) On wider terraces trees shall be centered within a strip bounded by the sidewalk and a line which is one-third of the distance between the sidewalk and the curb.
