§ 98.01 CERTAIN SPECIES PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful to hereafter plant any of the following species anywhere within the rights-of-way of city streets and alleys: Poplars (Populus sp.), Willows (Salizsp.), Boxelder (acer negundo), Silver Maple (Acer saccharinum), Tree-of-Heaven (Ailanthus altissima), Elm (Ulmus sp.) or any evergreens (Coniferous sp.).
