(A) Reservations. There shall be no reservations made for the use of said Park or any of its facilities before the normal opening of business on the first working day of the year for the year in which the use is desired. All reservations shall be made at the City Clerk's office in the city. The Clerk shall keep or cause to be kept, a list of all such reservations and shall advise the Grounds Maintenance Manager and Francis Park caretaker of the reservations.
(B) Fees. There shall be charged for the use of the Park the following amounts:
(1) Thirty dollars for ½-day use of the large enclosed shelter house and $32 for the full day use of the large enclosed shelter house, to be paid at the time that reservation is made for the use thereof. Fifteen dollars for ½-day use of either of the two, open shelter houses and $25 for the full day use of either of the two, open shelter houses, to be paid at the time that reservation is made for the use thereof.
(2) For a tour of the Francis home located on the property the sum of $5 for persons 12 years of age and older, $1 for persons from the age of five through 11 years, and children under the age of five years free.
(3) The Clerk shall at the time of the payment of the reservation charge for the shelter houses, prepare or cause to be prepared, a receipt in triplicate, one of which shall be retained by him in his office, one shall be delivered to the caretaker of the Park and one shall be delivered to the customer.
(4) Thirteen dollars per diem per unit for camping.
(5) Seventy-eight dollars per week per unit for camping. Any seven consecutive days are considered one week. The owner of the camping unit must register and pay in advance for one week's camping to be eligible for this rate. Any refunds will be based on the seventh day being a free day.
(6) Ten dollars per use for use of the dump station for units not registered to camp at Francis Park.
(7) Ten dollars per tent per diem in the tent area. No electrical hookups shall be allowed for tent camping at this rate.
(C) Reservation periods.
(1) Reservations for shelter house and stands shall be divided into two periods for each day, the first period being from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. and the second period shall be from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
(2) All reservations must designate the area desired and in those cases where receipt is issued for the use of any of the shelter houses, the receipt shall state the name of the person or group, the date of the reservation, the area desired, the number of people in the group and the time for which the reservation is made. When making all other reservations, the area desired, the number of persons in the group and the name of the person making the reservation shall be stated.
(D) Disposition of fees. All money or moneys collected for charges for the use of the facilities of the said Park shall be kept in a special fund by the City Treasurer and shall be used only for maintenance, repair or additions to the said Park.
(E) No dogs shall be allowed in the said Park unless on a leash or otherwise under the control of the owner.
(F) Camping in the Park be and hereby is permitted during all those seasons of the year that the park is open to the public. No reservations shall be taken. All fees provided for herein shall be paid in advance. Camping shall be under the supervision and direction of the caretaker of the Park.
