§ 96.15 WEST PARK PLAYGROUND AND RECREATION CENTER.
   (A)   Permission and authority are hereby granted to, and the power is vested in the Kewanee Park District of Henry County, Illinois, upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereof, to provide, maintain and conduct a playground and recreation center in the portion of West Park described as follows: A triangle situated in the north end of West Park bounded on the north by Park Avenue, on the southwest by the sidewalk or path extending from the northwest corner of said Park to the point of intersection of the sidewalks or paths originating at the four corners of the said Park and extending diagonally across said Park, the said point of intersection being approximately in the center of said Park, and on the southeast by the sidewalk or path extending from the said point of intersection to the northeast corner of said Park.
   (B)   The said District shall have the right to use the existing structure on said triangle and to make any alterations, improvements or additions to said structure or to erect any other structures or enclosures on said triangle as it deems necessary, at its own expense and cost.
   (C)   Said District shall provide, maintain and conduct the said playground and recreation center at its own expense and shall indemnify and save harmless the city from any and all damages, judgments, costs and expenses of every kind, which may arise or result by reason of or in consequence of the provision, maintenance and operation of said playground and recreation center.
