Any person desiring to have a lot in the cemeteries of the city cared for or filled in, shall pay the price therefor to the City Clerk and it shall then be the duty of the Clerk to issue to such person a receipt therefor, and said Clerk shall notify the Sexton of Cemeteries of the work or services required to be performed, together with the number of the lot and the name of the person requiring such services, and said Clerk shall keep a record of such services and incorporate a record thereof in his reports to the Council.
