§ 92.02 LOCATION PROHIBITED IN CORPORATE LIMITS.
   No cemetery or burying ground shall hereafter be established within the corporate limits of the city, nor shall any cemetery or burying ground heretofore established within said city be extended or enlarged or used for burial purposes, except by consent of the Council, under a penalty as provided in this code.
