§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined as set forth in § 70.99(B).
   (B)   Whoever violates § 72.12, or Ch. 78, Sch. III(B), shall be fined $350 in addition to any costs or charges connected with the removal or storage of the motor vehicle.
