The Fire Marshal may, with the approval of the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety, prescribe and establish such rules and regulations as he may deem proper for the government of the Fire Department and the members thereof. He shall furnish each member of said Department with a copy of such rules and regulations, and it shall be his duty to see that said rules and regulations are enforced.
