A maximum setback zone with a radius of 1,000 feet is established around each one of Kewanee's water wells referenced in the report indicated below, and including Well #5, IEPA Operating Permit 0226- FY2003 issued March 7, 2005. A fill description of the wells and maps of the 1,000 feet maximum set back zone and also the minimum setback zone around each well is contained in the booklet presented by the IEPA, Division of Public Water Supplies and published by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency in August 1995. This booklet is titled "Groundwater Quality Protection Program: City of Kewanee, Facility Number 0730650, Well Site Survey Report". This booklet is attached to the original of this chapter and considered to be a part of this chapter. The City Clerk will maintain a copy of the Kewanee Well Site Survey Report, bound with the original ordinance.
