CAMPING TRAILER. See RECREATIONAL VEHICLE.
COUNTY. Kenton County, Kentucky.
CUL-DE-SAC. A permanent circular turnaround at the end of a dead-end roadway.
FISCAL COURT. The body of county government defined in Section 144 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, whose powers and composition are enumerated in KRS Chapter 67.
MOTOR HOME. See RECREATIONAL VEHICLE.
MOTOR TRUCK. Any motor-propelled vehicle designed for carrying freight or merchandise. It shall not include self-propelled vehicles designed primarily for passenger transportation, but shall include vehicles equipped with frames, racks, or bodies having a load capacity not exceeding 1000 pounds.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Every self-propelled vehicle which is designed for use upon a highway.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. A vehicular type unit primarily designed as temporary living quarters for recreational, camping, or travel use, which either has its own mode of power or is mounted or drawn by another vehicle. This term includes camping trailer, motor home, travel trailer, and truck camper.

CAMPING TRAILER. A vehicular portable unit mounted on wheels and constructed with collapsible partial side walls which fold for towing by another vehicle and unfold at the camp site to provide temporary living quarters for recreational, camping, or travel use.

MOTOR HOME. A vehicular unit designed to provide temporary living quarters for recreational, camping, or travel use built on or permanently attached to a self-propelled motor vehicle chassis cab which is an integral part of the completed vehicle.

TRAVEL TRAILER. A vehicular unit, mounted on wheels, designed to provide temporary living quarters for recreational, camping, or travel use.
(4) TRUCK CAMPER. A portable unit constructed to provide temporary living quarters for recreational, travel, or camping use, consisting of a roof, floor, and sides, designed to be loaded onto and unloaded from the bed of a pick-up truck.
ROADWAY. Any portion of a highway improved, designed, or ordinarily used for vehicular travel, exclusive of the berm or shoulder, which is maintained by the county or is designated as a state or interstate highway whether same is located within an incorporated or unincorporated area.
SEMITRAILER. A vehicle designed to be attached to, and having its front end supported by, a motor truck or truck tractor, intended for carrying of freight or merchandise and having a load capacity of over 1000 pounds.
TRAILER. Any vehicle designed to be drawn by a motor vehicle or truck tractor, but supported wholly upon its own wheels, intended for the carriage of freight or merchandise, and having a load capacity over 1000 pounds.
TRAVEL TRAILER. See RECREATIONAL VEHICLE.
TRUCK CAMPER. See RECREATIONAL VEHICLE.
TRUCK TRACTOR. Any motor-propelled vehicle designed to draw and to support the front end of a semitrailer.
TURNAROUND. A “T” or “L” shaped section of roadway that allows for vehicles to turn around at the end of a dead-end roadway.
VEHICLE. Every device capable of being moved upon a public street and in, upon, or by which any person or property may be transported or drawn upon a public street, excepting devices moved by human or animal power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks.
