§ 70.29 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.
   (A)   All fines, penalties, and fees herein imposed shall be remitted to the Kenton County Treasurer and deposited in the general fund of the county to be used for general expenses to the county.
   (B)   The Kenton County Police Department shall be responsible for keeping on file a record of all paid and unpaid fines resulting from violation of this chapter.
