117.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, in addition to any other penalty provided under the Charter, shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months or both. (Ord. 1991-51. Passed 7-17-91.)
