§ 130.16 DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS WITHIN CORPORATE LIMITS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful, as authorized by G.S. §§ 160A-189 and 160A-190, that no person or persons shall fire any pistol, rifle, shotgun, BB rifle, or BB pistol, pellet rifle, or pellet pistol in the corporate limits of the Town of Kenly.
