§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Pedestrian interference is a misdemeanor which may be punished according to the North Carolina General Statutes, with a fine not to exceed $500 and imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.

   (C)   The punishment for violation of § 130.02 by any guardian of the minor shall be guilty of a misdemeanor as defined by G.S. § 14-4(a).

   (D)   Any person violating § 130.03 shall be fined not exceeding $50 or imprisoned not exceeding 30 days.

   (E)   Violation of § 130.16 shall constitute a misdemeanor, punishable upon conviction, by a fine of not more than $50, or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, as provided in G.S. § 14-4.

   (F)   A violation of § 130.30 by any person is a misdemeanor and shall subject its offender to a fine of up to $50 and/or imprisonment for up to 30 days.

   (G)   Violation of § 130.31 shall constitute a misdemeanor and punishable prescribed in G. S. § 14-4.
