§ 94.065  WHEN ANIMAL IMPOUNDED.
   (A)   Domesticated animals, other than dogs, may be impounded when found at large or when constituting a public nuisance.
   (B)   A dog found at large shall be impounded. In addition, a dog may be impounded if found to constitute a public nuisance.
