§ 94.005 CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to mistreat, drive or work, or allow to be worked, any beast of burden that is physically disabled for labor or work.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to work or allow to be worked, any beast of burden, or to compel same to work after having been notified by the animal control officer to discontinue the working of such animal.
