Except for Class C local liquor licensees with respect to members, no local liquor licensee shall sell or furnish alcoholic liquor at retail to any person on credit or on a pass book, or order on a store, or in exchange for any goods, wares or merchandise, or in payment for any services rendered; except that this § 116.072 shall not be deemed or construed to prohibit payment by credit card.
