The final plat submitted to the Plan Commission shall be in strict accord with the approved tentative plat. It shall conform with the requirements of this chapter for tentative plats and also with the following requirements.
(A) It shall be drawn on tracing cloth and be accompanied by one print.
(B) Date of preparation, scale and a properly oriented north sign shall be shown.
(C) It shall contain and show all the certificates, scale and signatures required by law, including a certification by a state registered land surveyor to the effect that he or she has surveyed and staked the subdivision and certifies the plat to be a true and correct representation of the same.
(D) All dimensions of lots, boundaries, streets and other features shall be shown in detail, giving full information on all lines, angles and curves.
(E) All survey monuments and bench marks shall be shown and described and stakes shall be shown at all intersections or lot lines.
(F) An identification system shall be shown for all lots and blocks.
(G) There shall be a statement of dedication properly conveying all lands to be dedicated as public streets or for other public uses, and each tract shall be so designated on the plat. There shall also be a certificate of title certifying the ownership of all lands to be so dedicated.
(H) Building or setback lines provided by the zoning regulations of the village shall be shown, with all necessary dimensions, and any and all private restrictions and trusteeships and the period of their existence, which restrictions, if of a length as to make the lettering thereof on the plat impracticable, may be shown on a separate instrument if reference is made thereto on the plat.
(I) Easements shall be shown with dimensions and a statement in each case as to the purpose for which the easement is granted.
