§ 31.40 CREATION AND APPOINTMENT.
   The office of Village Manager is hereby created as a full-time position. The Village Manager may not engage in other employment without the approval of the Board of Trustees. The Village Manager shall be appointed by the Village President and Trustees, voting jointly.
