§ 31.03 FAILURE TO QUALIFY FOR OFFICE.
   If any appointed officer fails to qualify for office within 30 days, except as otherwise specified by ordinance or statute, from the time he or she is notified by the Village Clerk of his or her appointment, the office shall be deemed vacant.
