The delays authorized by §§ 150.070 through 150.074 shall begin no earlier than the date of the Building Review Commission’s final determination or expiration of the stays ordered by the Building Review Commission. The delays authorized by §§ 150.070 through 150.074 shall be promptly terminated by the person imposing the delay when the conditions giving rise to the delay cease to exist.
