In the event of any change in or addition to the persons required to be disclosed under § 150.026, the persons filing the application shall file an amendment to the application not more than five days after the change containing all disclosures and proof required in § 150.026 about the additional persons, which shall be executed as provided in § 150.026. No filing under this provision shall be permitted during the period between:
(A) The commencement of the stay period required by § 150.043; and
(B) The issuance of a demolition permit.
