§ 115.03 RECORDS AND REPORTS; WHEN MONEYS TO BE PAID INTO TREASURY.
   Every person acting as agent in the village for or on behalf of any corporation, company or association covered by this chapter shall, on or before July 15 of every year, render to the Village Treasurer a full, true and just account verified by his or her oath, of all premiums which during the year ending July 1 preceding the report, have been received by him, her or some other person for him or her, in the behalf of any corporation, company or association. That agent shall also, at the time of rendering the report, pay to the Village Treasurer the sum of money for which the company, corporation or association, represented by him or her is chargeable, by virtue of the provisions of this chapter.
