Any permit to solicit issued pursuant to § 112.36 of this code may be revoked by the Village Manager whenever the holder of the permit shall cease to possess the qualifications or to meet the criteria provided for in that section as requisite to the issuance of the permit, or violates any of the provisions of this code or any ordinance of the village or state law. Revocation of a permit under this section may be in addition to a fine imposed by violation of any provision of this code or any ordinance of the village.
