Application for licenses required shall be made to the Village Clerk and shall comply with § 110.01 of this code as well as with other requirements specified in any section of this chapter. No license required by this chapter shall be issued to any person who is not a person of good moral character or to a corporation or organization which is not represented in the village by a person of good moral character.
