§ 90.04 FALSE ALARMS.
   (A)   The owner or user of an alarm shall be assessed a fee as established in the annual fee ordinance, for each false alarm signal in excess of one false alarm per calendar year.
   (B)   Fees for false alarm charges shall be billed to the person responsible for the payment thereof and shall be billed at intervals as shall be determined by the village. Bills for fees for false alarm charges shall be paid by the person responsible for the payment thereof within 60 days after receipt thereof. If any bill for fees for false alarm charges is not paid by the person responsible for payment thereof within 60 days after receipt of the bill therefor, the village may revoke the permit for the alarm upon 30 days prior written notice mailed to the person at the address of the premises protected by the alarm, as indicated on records maintained by the village, and, in the case of a central station alarm, disconnect the alarm from the alarm monitoring board located in the Village Police Department. Any alarm for which a permit is revoked shall not be maintained or operated within the village unless and until a permit shall thereafter be issued by the village for the alarm as would be required for a permit for the initial installation thereof.
