It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of planting, removing trimming, spraying or otherwise caring for trees in the village, without obtaining a license therefor. Application for the license shall be made to the Village Manager and an annual fee of an amount as established in the annual fee ordinance shall be paid to the Village Clerk for the license. The holding of a license shall not abrogate the necessity of securing the permit required in § 57.01 of this subchapter.
